hi they are quite hard to find they are the 2nd smallest species of python in the world they often get confused with the spotted python which is slightly larger getting to about 3 1/2 foot whereas the childrens gets to roughly 2 1/2 foot the smallest python is the anthill getting to about 20 inches

Cool, because I'm looking for a snake that doesn't get too big. I can't personally handle a snake larger than a few feet right now. Sad

i wouldnt suggest a childrens python as a first snake they can be a little snappy as babies and comand quite a high price to buy,i would recomend a red milksnake they dont get much over 2 foot or a grey banded kingsnake again a small snake very easy with a gentle nature.

I would also recommend a corn. They grow larger but they are very easy to keep.
